After humanity destroys itself, the world becomes a silent wasteland littered with mechanical wreckage, and “life” has long since faded into forgotten legend. A machine organization dispatches Falcon Captain and Tim, a rookie robot, deep into the ruins to search for the last surviving living creatures. During an unexpected encounter, Tim discovers a small lizard that has survived the apocalypse. For the first time, his cold programming gives rise to empathy and hesitation, bringing him into ideological conflict with the rule-bound captain. When the captain is trapped by enemies while burdened by the sins of the past, Tim sets out with the lizard on a journey to seek help. In a rigid and emotionless mechanical world, two robots and one tiny lizard begin to question the awakening of consciousness, sin and redemption, and the true weight of life itself.
